As we're moving to a new iteration of this product, should we make changes in this release or split into a new one and then rename? @RobNicholsGDS

I think it depends how extreme the change is.

If it is a completely new solution (for example, one not based on LinkML) then I think moving to a new repo may makes sense.

If it is a smaller change and/or you want to maintain some of the conversations (open issues for example) then we could tag the current iteration and start building the replacement in this repo.

The key thing is that the purpose of a code repository is that it allows code to be iterated/changed over time.

In the end it comes down to whether it would be useful to have two repos.
