This issue is about using different colored dots in the sublime's gutter. For example - red for ERROR, yellow for WARNING, blue for INFO, etc.

Currently they all use black dots (it's the ascii dot) - as it is default in sublime.
Using different dots will involve using jpg images and telling sublime to use those jpg images and show it in the gutter.
