VM doesn't expose any ports

I've created a Debian 11 VM, installed MySQL, but machine does not expose port 3306.

Guest:

$ ss -tuln | grep 3306
tcp           LISTEN          0               80                             0.0.0.0:3306                        0.0.0.0:*

Host:

$ ss -tuln | grep 3306
# Empty...

I have added two cards, one with NAT and one Bridge, but both only exposes port 53...

$ ss -tuln | grep 192.168.122
udp   UNCONN 0      0                          192.168.122.1:53         0.0.0.0:*
tcp   LISTEN 0      32                         192.168.122.1:53         0.0.0.0:*
$ ss -tuln | grep 192.168.123
udp   UNCONN 0      0                          192.168.123.1:53         0.0.0.0:*
tcp   LISTEN 0      32                         192.168.123.1:53         0.0.0.0:*

Where 192.168.122.0/24 is NAT and 192.168.123.0/24 is Bridge.

Guest's /etc/network/interfaces:

I have added last three lines by myself.
