Reader for the Sentinel 2 DigitalTwin

Hack: to get the bbox, I'm using a small GeoJSON https://gist.github.com/vincentsarago/ba3a2c026b47d52fd8a9b65ba9e1696d which could be provided with rio-tiler-pds module 🤷‍♂️
