Topic can render as url

A H2 Topic with a name similiar to an Url gets rendered as Url

e.g. Stefan Schwarzer, SSchwarzer.com

workaround add a blank before the dot

Is this something I can fix? Because converting urls to links is supposed to be a feature and I probably cannot guess which urls should be linked and which should not.
