Currently Windows is disabled

cuda-profiler-api-feedstock/recipe/meta.yaml

Line 28 in 94e7faa

skip: true # [osx or win]

This was done because cuda-cudart packages were not built on Windows before ( conda-forge/cuda-cudart-feedstock#1 )

However now that those packages exist, it would be good to enable Windows builds here
