go-nocgo keeps downgrading 1.13.5 #205

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

  • I checked the documentation.

Issue

I keep finding that go-nocgo downgrades to 1.13.5. Today is a recent example:

This seems like an obvious culprit:

_go_select                2.3.0                       cgo    conda-forge

I don't recall ever affirmatively choosing it. This started manifesting ~2 weeks ago.
