We had exactly this issue on a Nvidia Orin with @STaliani, and was solved by installing via apt librealsense2-udev-rules . One confusing aspect is that the error from realsense in case the device is present but can't be accessed does not mention the udev rules, so people get confused. We should at least document this somewhere in the feedstock.
