Feature description

Currently, the source connector produces records with raw payloads (the contents of which is JSON). Even though it's more natural for the payload to be structured, this is a workaround for an issue in Conduit: ConduitIO/conduit#866.

Once the issue is fixed, we should change the connector to produce structured payloads.
