Currently, the update metadata tool copies the pyproject toml of the base (= its own repository) instead of checking if the target repository is a project, workflow etc
Specific repositories have their pyproject toml, e.g., a project repo pyproject includes the start/end dates of the project, which is not the case for a workflow (which does not have a start or an end ...)
