Describe the feature

Right now, tables' sort state is refreshed whenever the table is mounted onto screen. We should save this sort state (i.e. Redux or ideally Jotai - #762 to avoid clustering global app state).

Any other information?

Related to #961 (that initial sort order will be pulled from storage).
