[Request] JVM Details Modal in more contexts

Describe the feature

In some views, for example Security > Store Credentials, there are lists or tables of target applications. Clicking on one of these entries should do something like summon a modal containing the JVM Details view so the user can see more information about that target without having to navigate elsewhere (Topology and search for it, or Dashboard and make sure the JVM Details card is present). Alternately rather than summoning a modal this could simply link to the Topology view with the correct target pre-selected and the details panel opened.
