What is your question?

After reading the documentation, I am still not clear how to get X working. I tried this, this, and that.

Hi gao19874,
First thought is firewall on you machine. Second would be TLS setting. Search up Windows TLS registry or env setting. Last might be you location/ip is blocked.
It would be worth trying to pull another repo directly from github. You need GIT installed but that would be another piece of the puzzle.
