Request to Increase Configured Cap for High Tx Fee in Goerli Testnet

Hi team,

I'm trying to register a node but the tx fee is always higher than the 1 eth hard cap, as shown in the picture. Can you either increase the hard cap or let us have an option to bypass the hard cap to register the node?
