Add `update dappnode version` to bump action

The bump action that is run in all dappnode packages only updates the upstream versions in the manifest (dappnode_package.json) and in the docker-compose.yml, but it does not update the version to the one that is expected to be published next. We should assume that the next version will be a patch so that we can do this
