[Feature] Add support for serverless compute

Hi,

i really like the extension because it gives us a much more enjoyable development experience. Since the public preview of serverless compute for notebooks was introduced recently, I would also like to run my notebooks via the vs code extension on serverless compute.

Will you introduce serverless as an option in the extension?

This would again boost our productivity as we no longer would have to wait until the personal cluster is up and running.
