[Feature 🚀]: Offline Mode

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am working on an offline network, not connected to the internet.
when launching the app for the first time I get a blank (white) screen.
would love an option to work entirely offline, without internet connection required.

Describe the solution you'd like
a way to open the app without needing a microsoft account.
simply launch the appimage and the app would open, entirely offline.
the online features would be disabled.

Additional context
nothing much to add, would really appreciate the option to use this great app offline...
so far I have been using the Ubuntu TODO app, but this would be a massive step up!
