Add new Portal columns to the record summary

On July 16th, Ali emailed us asking to add new columns to the record summary. These new columns are only available on Portal records, not on CIPRS records. Even on Portal records, they are not always provided.

1. The amount of money a person owes on a case
2. Which law enforcement agency was involved in the case

Ali's email included an example of where she would like the new columns to show up.

UPDATE: The financial information was discussed at the Aug 8, 2024 meeting with LANC and they need to discuss exactly what info they want. They will provide it at a later date, so this issue should just be about adding the arresting agency to the record summary if there is room.
