Research how we can lock down traffic to allow traffic to a specific host, i.e. google.com. This should be possible with Istio resources (potentially service entries, destination rules and egress gateways) but is mostly unknown what all is involved.
Definition of done: Design doc created for this feature to allow configurable access to specific hosts (i.e. via our network.allow spec in the Package CR).
