feat: publish an optional NVIDIA CUDA K3s base image

Downstream use cases, like LeapfrogAI, have to publish and maintain their own K3s images to enable CUDA GPU capabilities in-cluster. A CUDA K3s image from LeapfrogAI should be migrated to the UDS K3d repository.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Given a developer requires CUDA GPUs in-cluster for developing a GPU-accelerated application
• When deploying the UDS K3d package
• Then a published CUDA K3s image in UDS K3d can be chosen when deploying the Zarf package
