Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I would like more information on the Monitor>Pepr views in drawer similar to how pods manages additional information. Currently there are more details as a tooltip hover state for specific mutated events which is not ideal.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Given a pepr event has more details
• When I click on a portion of that row or the whole row
• Then the drawer appears with those details

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Leave it as a tooltip (lots of text to be housed in a tooltip)
• drop down row expansion (could become unwieldy if the text were long from the detail but this issue would also impact a tooltip)
• detail text in the row itself (same issue with size of text in a table)

Additional context

Consideration should be taken for how the user knows to interact with some of the rows (ones thhat have details) but not all of them as this could be confusing.
