2 Issues:

When a user has only 1 cluster, and then the kubeconfig updates with another, the first time the dropdown is toggled the location is off the page.

Input from @Madeline-UX:

use Flowbite Dropdown with Search
show no other clusters message in dropdown if user has 1 cluster in kubeconfig
make dropdown equal width of the select cluster in the display position
show cluster name in in-cluster mode but take away arrow icon
