Added some files to work with desiInstall.

better parallelism handling

When an exception happens in a parallel process, print the full stack before letting it through to make it clearer what when wrong (otherwise it appears that the exception can from the parallel infrastructure itself)

0.2.1 - bug fixes for flat objtype and edison scaling

Two bug fixes:

• flat lamp exposures now have objtype='CALIB' so that atmospheric absorption isn't applied
• trim wavelength range down before trying to project photons onto a CCD to avoid an Edison timeout bug when trying to distribute the previously overly large flux arrays.

arc, flat, and pixel sims

Adds arc and flat pixel sims. This may be good enough for generating the first set of DESI reference test data for data challenge 2.
