Add "install" make target

At least on Linux it's really awkward to need to run everything from the build directory. Even more so to specify paths to libraries. Yes, I could manually copy the files into their places, but I think it's the job for CMake :)
It'd be nice if this fork could be just as easily installed via make install as the original GNU version is.
