Future goals (use GH CI to distribute wheel files of PyPy, CPython, v3.10-13)

Use GitHub CI to build wheels
Upload wheels and sdist to test.pypi.org
Test installation using Windows/Mac(Apple Silicon and regular)

Update

240930: circular import issue is solved in macOS(Intel), windows, Linux.
