Improve test subject meta data #26

Recent test result tables have had columns with only company names. It would be an improvement to add additional details that include:

  • Implementation/product/project name (with link if available)
  • Version tested
  • Company/organization (with link if available)
  • Optional contact info

I'm not sure how best to display this information. One option is to allow a "short name" for the column header and then have another table or list with more details. Readers most certainly will want this extra data so they can know what was tested and how to find more information.

@davidlehn I'd love your thoughts on the shape of the data in this PR w3c/vc-test-suite-implementations#26

One suggestion made so far was to pull implementation meta data into an object rather than it being the "topic" of the JSON itself (and therefore having all its descriptive keys at the root).

Version info is a key thing I should add to the example there...in some fashion.
