Add TriggerOnMany to support trigger on multiple operations

This Postgres trigger code doesn't work

CREATE TRIGGER post_revision_trigger
AFTER INSERT OR UPDATE ON posts
FOR EACH ROW
EXECUTE FUNCTION create_post_revision();

due to the INSERT OR UPDATE that doesn't have a valid type.

We should add a TriggerOnMany
