Hello!

Latest commit to gutter, date of this commit was Dec 18, 2015. Is it mean this is deprecated project and disqus do not use it?..

Alternative application to gutter is django-waffle. But looks like gutter has better design and features. So I will prefer to use gutter if I will not alone with it...

For now we just need to ensure it work fine with latest Django 2.0.

What is better in you opinion - invest time to support and maintain gutter or develop django-waffle?

Hi, we still use gutter on a regular basis. That being said we are on an ancient version of Django and won't be working on 2.0 compliance any time soon.

We are (slowly) working on a version of gutter that is independent as a zookeeper backed service. But I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for us to release that.

Any PRs to keep gutter up to date are welcome tho!
