• I am using the latest version of NoEncryption compatible with my server version.

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues and have not found a duplicate relating to my issue.

Recently more and more players are getting kicked with the message "Received chat packet with missing or invalid signature". We've been using NoEncryption for quite some time without issues, but these last few days this happens on all our 1.20.1 servers where players are using client version 1.20.1.

In my opinion, it would be a good idea to check if you have turned off enforce-secure-profile.

And since I've seen this message in 1.20.4 even when I don't have it, it might be a good idea to see if it still crashes after uninstalling it for a while.
