Navigation bar looses functionality on smaller screens

On smaller screens (my iPad) the rightmost menu (language and profile settins) fall from the viewport on exercise pages where breadcrumbs are too wide. There's also no way to navigate to the part of the navigation bar that is not displayed.

Solution: reduce space occupied by breadcrumbs (or hide breadcrumbs altogether) on narrow screens.
