Tutorial for using Dojo components inside other frameworks

The tutorial series we currently have is mostly focused on the path of building a Dojo 2 app. With the web components work, an alternative path is to consider someone looking to use their Dojo 2 components inside other frameworks. There should probably be a separate tutorial that emphasizes the approach for that scenario/user journey.
