Bitcentive should not be using zones

We need a version of done-autorender that doesn't use zones ... or some other way of bootstrapping this application.

Bitcentive doesn't use ssr, right? If so then why not just use a JavaScript main to render your template into the body?

i am also for a done-autorender without zones but i aggree matthewp has a elegent workaround with the jquery body append idea
