[Request] Productivity Alternative

Is it possible to have an option to have an alternative setting for items in factories that can't use productivity modules?

Example making solar panels.
Normally my factories are +40% production and +540% speed, but as solar panels are final products i would fill them with speed modules making them +0% production and + 1100% speed, but the planner currently has it only at +540% speed
