复现步骤

带有大附件的邮件，发送成功后在临时邮箱里无法查到

预期行为

有什么办法可以接收带大附件的邮件啊，有个文件发送到临时邮箱现在找不到了😭

感谢反馈，附件是否超过了 1M，
D1 数据库只能存储小于 1M 的数据，超过是无法保存的
