Make the galaxy shape parameters use the (shared) ellipticity distribution as a prior.

This will have serious implications for the pleasingness of our parallelism!

I think I was thinking interim prior, so it's still parallel

Oh, I see - an informative interim prior, crafted to look like the
distribution of noisy ML elliptciity estimates? This might well be
efficient. Don't close :-)
