Error when export of matRad data to Topas mc format

Dear all

When I export matRad data from "example12simpleParticleMonteCarlo" to Topas mc format I have a problem with section of dose calculation in the picture.

(I think it's caused by dissimilar size of the phantom (x = 271, y = 190, z = 775))
How do I solve this problem?

Sorry for the late reply. I tracked down where your error is coming from and it seems like this was a bug that has been fixed a while ago but somehow the branch you were using was not updated properly. I now updated the branch, so this should fix your issue. Just pull the changes in your local repository and you should be good to go.

Dear Noa Homolka       I have a question about the source distance of matRad. When I recalculate with other Monte Carlo simulation codes (that is not TOPAS or MCsquare), I should use Nozzle exit to Isocenter or SAD distance for simulation by using parameters from matRad. Best, DP
