Add following time related data in the Mesh_Class.

To get the number of nodes in time defined GetNNT function.

nnt = obj%GetNNT()

To set the number of nodes in time define SetNNT function.

CALL obj%SetNNT(nnt)

To get the time vector, define following method:

timeVec = obj%GetTimeCoord()

To set the time vector, define the following method.

CALL obj%SetTimeCoord(timeVec)
