Update 1.5.2 breaks multiple inline code functionality

Steps to reproduce:

Version 1.5.1 (works as expected)

1. Create paragraph
2. Select text and use inline tool to convert it to inline code
3. Select different text within the same paragraph and use inline tool to convert it to inline code

Version 1.5.2 (broken version)

1. Create paragraph
2. Select text and use inline tool to convert it to inline code
3. Select different text within the same paragraph and use inline tool to convert it to inline code - nothing happens. no errors in the console

Its still broken

@UserWithProjects just rollback to v1.5.1 and lock the version

v1.5.1 bring its own bug like nested styling
