The heat pump switches off for a long time after hot water preparation. I raised the heat shift level to +5 via HA and after a while back to 0. This means that the heat pump starts much earlier again. Is such a function also possible?

But do you experience discomfort because of this?
The pananasonic has internal rules which tell it when it needs to start the compressor.
Coming from a dhw run, does not influence that. Should not.
There is an influence from the wallmounted controller.
If the temperature drops, it turns on the compressor.
Theoretically We can make something that when the compressor is off, the target temp of the room is increased. But this would increase the number of compressor runs significantly.
Therefore my question. Do you experience discomfort?
