merchants ALWAYS sells a degraded rings, from -1 to -4, from 20 tries i never got any ring at level at least 0

this is weird, the generation can be +1 to +3, negative if cursed (by chance about 30%).

btw, in darkest, -3 would be change to +3 on cleanse

Just bought a ring from a merchant and it was -2 uncursed!
