labelValues does not work

The blueprint slider (https://blueprintjs.com/docs/#core/components/sliders) has a labelValues that allows you to assign an array of values you want as labels. You can use this instead of labelStepSize. However, this does not work with the empirica slider.

I guess should be able to pass through props. We might want to allow all props to pass through. We will try to look at it eventually, but if you need it quickly, create a PR and I'd be glad to review it. 🙌
