Hello all,

I am super excited about the power of your package, but I have a question whether (and how) I could apply it to my data.
I have samples from three species, each under one of 5 possible conditions. I.e. instead of having one "Label" column which describes the sample, I have two, and I am interested in how the intersection of these two explains the data. Can you recommend me a modification to your pipeline that would allow me to analyze my data? If it is at all possible, of course.

Best,
Lisa
