I installed the Windows installer package of Epi2me desktop. Installation seems to be fine, wsl+nextflow setup are ok. When testing 'Basecalling' with the demo data ('Run demo analysis') the process was killed with error "could not select driver "" with capabilieties [[gpu]].
Any suggestions how to avoid this? Is it simply possible to disable GPU support?

Dear Chris, thanks for your quick reply! There are 2 GPUs available, but epi2me-desktop is obviously not able to use them in the WSL2. Is there a trick to circumvent this?Best, Von meinem/meiner Galaxy gesendet

There are special notes regarding Windows in the README.
Basecalling without a GPU is not recommended due to the time required.
