I've recently obtained some UL data that I am trying to basecall and the runtime for each wf_dorado:dorado processes has increased from <2 hours (when using R10.4 reads) to over 20 hours.
With this in mind, I was hoping to increase parallelization by getting epi2me-labs/wf-basecalling to submit a higher number of wf_dorado:dorado processes. Currently, I am unable to determine if your pipeline has options that will (for example) force epi2me-labs/wf-basecalling to split into 10 processes. Do you know if this is possible?
Thanks,
Dustin
