For Debian packaging I need some clarification about the licensing.

The README currently only says:

License

lpac (/src, /driver): AGPL-3.0
libeuicc (/euicc): LGPL-v2

How is the rest of the repo licensed?

If you take a look at the debian/copyright file I put in the package I made in #150, it's quite complete now. Granted, I made an assumption regarding 2.1-or-later vs. 2.1-only for the LGPL and likewise for the AGPL version, but I expect that to be clarified in this thread now.
