Consider changing the default format of explainer images to PDF #136

The system would be unified with infographics, where the primary format is PDF and other formats are generated.
Graphical exports would be simpler as SVGs need to be exported with fonts in curves.

(Related: Think about our figures in explainers more conceptually on the level of licence and source formats. People may be interested to download those as well.)
