Authenticating with FIREBASE_TOKEN is deprecated and will be removed in a future major version of firebase-tools. Instead, we should use a service account key with GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS (see https://cloud.google.com/docs/authentication/getting-started)
