Inconsistent handling of container vs project, order endpoints #104

With suds the problem cannot be observed, but with zeep it can. E.g. for the bfabric.entities API when using zeep. If we use the container endpoint and perform a read we get an id in the result, whereas with the project endpoint we do not.
