after #187 is implemented and cache headers are added to the network stats response, move the network stats lambda (https://uc2x7t32m6qmbscsljxoauwoae0yeipw.lambda-url.us-west-2.on.aws/?...) behind a cdn (saturn? 🙃) to:

improve performance
protect the db from repeated queries

this is low priority because the number of saturn.tech page loads currently doesn't hammer the db and degrade performance
