Hi,

for now I have only unofficial fork - Fredrik and other contributors put a lot of work into that great piece - right now I am publishing unofficial releases on my fork just to make it work within new VS2022 (with some additional fixes ;) ) - I would like to take care about that thing as I see it as very important for my day to day fullstack job. Anyway I want to do this in proper way as all the credits should go to Fredrik and other contributors. Please advise

Would love this up on the marketplace, I don't think the author will update it. Maybe do a pull request and put up your version? I think if the developer ever comes back you can just take down your version and let him put up his. But honestly after 3 years I highly doubt his return.

This extension is super critical to our developer workflow, and downloading from Github for every 2022 install feels just a tad bit silly.
